Chandigarh is synonymous with being one of the most well panned cities of India. Located at the foothill of Shivaliks, the architecture of the city is very modern with neatly designed self-contained sectors. Each sector designed with its own shops, places of worship, health-care buildings, open spaces and residential areas. Even the roads are pretty wide and spacious and eyes meet lush green spaces wherever one goes.
The city houses some of the iconic landmarks of India including the famous Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, Pinjore Garden and Mohali Cricket Stadium to name a few.

If you are up for some freshly brewed beer then 35 Brewhouse in J.W Marriot can be your best bet. It’s a microbrewery where you can sit back, converse and party while sipping on the freshly brewed gems of this place.
For the voracious eater in you, there are ample eating options in sector-35. There’s ‘Pashtun’ dishing out delightful North West Frontier Province cuisine to tickle your taste buds. There’s also a popular pub tucked away in the basement here ‘Wild West’ where you can enjoy drinks and finger foods with your friends. You can even treat yourself to some Chinese food at Shangri La plus which is one of the oldest stand-alone Chinese eateries in Chandigarh. Also, there are various multi-cuisine restaurants like Loft, Dialogue Café, Ghazal, Four Folks, The Café at JW to tackle those hunger pangs.
